Rafik is responsible for setting up and building the operations of the portfolio companies of Faith Capital, targeting high levels of customer experience and operational excellence with which Rafik has extensive expertise.
Prior to Faith Capital, Rafik was leading the customer care & quality control department of Gulfnet Communications, one of the main information and communication technology (ICT) and ISP providers in Kuwait.
Rafik formerly held a senior managerial position with a world class telecommunications company in Canada with a proven achievement record in customer care operations and project delivery management. In the last 15 years, Rafik has developed significant expertise in customer experience process management and quality and performance improvement in business operations.
Rafik received his education in Algeria and graduated from the University of Algiers with a BSc in Economics.
